Shawn recently did the inspection for a condo I am buying - the first time I've gotten to be present at an inspection! He was right on time, polite, professional, and has a great sense of humor. At the end he walked us through the condo and pointed out minor and major defects, and he showed me where to find the utility meters outside. The report was in my inbox already that evening, including super helpful photos and videos of his findings. Shawn is such a gem. His attention to detail is remarkable. His inspections are very thorough and detailed beyond belief. I’ve heard from other friends that have used other inspection companies that they wished they had a nice summary sheet like the one I was provided or the options to select based on severity of the issue.
